We were engaged to appeal a federal district court’s dismissal of an antitrust case originally pled by the legendary Maxwell Blecher, who died at age 84 after the dismissal, but before the appeal. Our appeal succeeded: the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the dismissal and remanded the case to the same federal district court for further proceedings.
