On behalf of our client, we successfully negotiated and concluded a comprehensive antitrust amnesty agreement with the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice. Under this agreement, our client was absolved of all responsibility in a matter that led to criminal convictions and major civil settlements against the other participants in an alleged conspiracy to fix prices and allocate markets by territory.
