We provided antitrust counsel and acted as the lead antitrust negotiator for the world’s largest manufacturer of LED products during its contract negotiations with a global producer of electronic devices. These contract negotiations were successfully concluded in a manner that protected both sides from inadvertent exposure to antitrust complications, and our client was able to make an enormous volume of sales to the global producer and its affiliates. We thereafter remained this client’s antitrust advisor on other strategic matters.
