In 2012, we persuaded a California Court of Appeal to reverse a judgment on the pleadings against our client. By this judgment, a California Superior Court had dismissed one of the defendants from the case, finding that our client’s claims against him were incurably deficient. The Court of Appeal agreed with us that this ruling was erroneous and therefore reversed the judgment and remanded the case for further proceedings in the Superior Court.
