In 2025, we represented a small local business that was sued for a very large sum by a national service-provider. To support its claim, the service-provider submitted extensive documentation. In our pleadings and other written submissions, we explained at great length why the service-provider’s claim lacked merit. We also asserted related counterclaims. Shortly afterwards, the service-provider settled the entire case for approximately 12.5% of its stated claim.
